With the help of my sister Henrietta and our friend and business partner Mark, I started this business in memory of my late husband Abraham. He always wanted to start a café and I wanted to make sure his dream came true. We feel blessed to be able to share our authentic Senegalese food with you all!

My sister, Reine, and I love to share our Senegalese culture and passion for cooking food with people. When she asked for my help in starting Moss Doli, I knew it was the perfect idea. We are so happy to see this business come to life!
